Tamil Nadu: IL&FS Education conducted “Thought Leadership Seminars” for Correspondents, Principals and teachers in Erode and Tiruvarur districts in partnership with Tamil Nadu Nursery, Primary Matriculation & Higher Secondary School’s Association. The themes for the seminars were "Enhancing Teaching for Tomorrow" and "Global Trends in Education.” Over 700 teachers and 300 correspondents attended the sessions conducted by IL&FS Education experts.
IL&FS Education introduced the teachers to new and effective methodologies in teaching and learning in addition to helping teachers understand the importance of using technology. These techniques help the teachers make teaching-learning experiences in the classroom more effective and enjoyable. Participants also learnt the use of smart educational kits to give teaching and learning a new dimension.
