Our expertise spans the entire delivery cycle of industrial park development from concept to commissioning for developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), employing a cluster based Public Private Partnership (PPP) model to enable them become globally competitive
We have an expertise in identification, development, engineering, financing and execution of the cluster based projects across India. Our strategies involves studying critical constraints in clusters through comprehensive studies, understanding the needs of the MSMEs and then developing and executing programmes for their upliftment in PPP mode. We also offer need based advisory services for capacity building, skill development, technology and market linkages
We also have a significant experience and expertise in the area of project development, project structuring, project monitoring and construction, administration and operations. We also offer devised innovative frameworks to ensure commercial viability and sustainability in projects across various sectors

Our focus area include:
- Setting up induced clusters: Greenfield industrial parks in the vicinity of existing clusters owned by the user enterprises through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies with need based ‘plug & play’ infrastructure.
- Upgrading cluster infrastructure through PPP
- Facilitating value added and strategic business development services (BDS) to MSME
- Offering a multi-stakeholder approach, with a focus on strong supply and value chain linking the farmers, the processors and the market
- Creating social capital and linkages for holistic development of artisan clusters covering capacity building, production systems, product development, market linkages and brand promotion

- Rehabilitated/ upgraded infrastructure in Vatwa (Ahmedabad) chemical cluster
- Developed Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) in Pandesara (Surat) industrial estate
- Developed common road infrastructure for mining cluster at Keonjhar, Orissa
- Assisted Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) to develop a business development strategy for the Kanpur leather cluster (by DFID, GTZ and World Bank)
- Implemented the Tripura Bamboo Mission to double the livelihood opportunities and the turnover of bamboo sector in Tripura
